CapRidge Partners is a commercial real estate investment firm based in Austin, TX. They specialize in acquiring, updating, and managing office buildings to be sold at a profit. While their company was at the top of their game, their brand’s look, feel, and website technology were outdated. All of their marketing initiatives were devoid of effective brand messaging and their brand’s color palette was dull. The company was highly successful in its investments and had been growing for years, but was not making optimal use of its website or branding.
WHAT WE CREATED
In order for this company to stay above its competition and remain relevant for current and new investors, a Brand Refresh was needed. Our design efforts brought the outdated look to life with a modernized logo, color palette, and overall visual branding. The use of new photography took the brand to an exciting level using both original team shots and stock images. Our Discovery work with the client enabled us to create a Brand Story with high-level messaging for the website.
We did a complete redesign of their main corporate website and created a custom CMS system for investor reporting, including backend administrative uploads of monthly reports and a front-end that allows investors to see their particular properties.
Our Brand Refresh lets CapRidgs focus on building toward the future rather than feeling stuck in the past. Now mobile-responsive and SEO optimized, the company website serves as a powerful tool for brand awareness and lead generation.
