Personal Branding – Vice President

Vincent Finaldi is the Vice President of the 2nd generation family business, Telecloud. As we worked with him through our Personal Brand Discovery, his Purpose was crystallized into “Empowering 2nd Generation Businesses to Thrive to Ensure that Their Legacy Lives On.” Being a 2nd generation owner himself, Vincent knows the complex dynamics and challenges faced by generational businesses. At this point in his career, Vincent wants to make a difference. He sought personal branding to build a platform that will extend beyond his duties as Vice President of Telecloud. He has started a Podcast using his first-hand experience to provide knowledge and resources to generational businesses by helping them identify issues early, take proactive measures to protect family relationships, and shift the company model into a 21st-century mindset.

WHAT WE DID

Turning his passion into an asset, we elevated Vincent’s online profile with a personal brand website. For a company vice president like Vincent, personal branding is a way to lead Telecloud while helping other generational owners succeed. He needed to put a face to his Purpose-driven work for family businesses, including his own. The TRU team took Vincent through Personal Brand Discovery sessions to uncover the personal brand DNA. Since Vincent had already initiated a podcast interviewing other 2nd generation business owners, discovering and implementing his Personal Brand Story were the final steps in aligning his Purpose with the work he does as a family business guru. Visual branding, brand messaging, design, and development of the Vincent Finaldi brand was a collaborative effort with our client’s vision, and his input was utilized every step of the way because personal brands must be authentic to the person.
