Marasco Media needed a brand identity that reflected the founder’s experience in the industry, creativity, and Purpose-driven ethos. The business brand was more than just a production company. To stand out in the entertainment industry, the website needed to be vibrant, exciting, and unique. A human approach was required so that the target audiences could connect person to person, meaning connect to Darla and not to the business. The brand messaging needed to share the Purpose that drives the company and founder.

Strategy

With the Purpose of “Shining a light on meaningful stories to uplift and entertain humanity” and to create a way for those in the entertainment industry to immediately know Darla as an Executive Producer of Marasco Media, we not only developed the macro brand (business brand) Marasco-media.com but also created a personal brand, DarlaMarasco.com for the founder. A production company rarely leads with “people” brands. Most of them are faceless brands. By developing the Darla Marasco personal brand as the micro brand, aligned with the business brand, we believe this will elevate Marasco Media’s brand perception and provide a competitive advantage. Leading all marketing initiatives with the personal brand supports a relationship building’s brand DNA, providing a human approach to connecting with her ideal target audiences. The logo includes four arrows, all pointing to the point of convergence — and here, at Marasco Media, is the place where the magic begins.
