Damon Finaldi is the President of the family-owned 2nd generation business, Telecloud (IT Communication Business located in New Jersey). He came to TruBrand seeking personal branding to elevate his online profile, add a “face” to his faceless company brand, and create an online platform to share his expertise and passion for inspiring leadership qualities in others through blog articles.
WHAT WE CREATED
C-Suites executives are always extremely busy, and this was also the case with Damon. Our entire Discovery and meeting times were under four hours. After these sessions, our team was able to clarify his brand’s Purpose and messaging and visually create a personal brand website that highlights his drive for learning, leading, and adventure. When someone searches his name, they will now come to a website that shares who he is, what’s important to him, and his Purpose, “Moving People to Success in Business and Life .” The TRU team created a color palette that exhibits both his love for nature and [cool/focused] approach to leadership. When something is right, you know it, and Damon’s personal brand completely translated his style, tone, and inner drive always to be the best into his website platform in both brand messaging and visual branding.
As someone who values hard work and a growth mindset, we wanted to make sure he had a space to build his voice as a mentor, including an open blog section and the availability for website scalability. On his own time, Damon writes blogs and book reviews to help guide and support others as they GROW, LEARN and LEAD.
