Victoria Marasco is the Founder of TruBrand Marketing. She focuses on leading people on a journey from uncertainty to certainty through brand building, personal brand, and implementation of growth strategies. With the emergence of COVID-19, Victoria recognized a trend; businesses needed to pivot. A market gap emerged with faceless brands needing to include people-brands (personal brands). Knowing TruBrand’s customer journey innovation was a must in this new business era, she decided to build her personal brand asset so that TruBrand could connect with its customers from a human perspective. People want to know WHO is behind a business and WHAT is their Purpose.
WHAT WE CREATED
As with all Personal Brands, we started with Personal Brand Discovery and uncovered the Micro Brands and Macro Brands involved. We reviewed Victoria’s Micro Brand and TruBrand Marketing’s Macro Brand together to ensure a strong connection between the Purposes of both brands. Then, we worked together to make the critical brand choices needed to develop a strategic growth plan. The process continued with visual branding, content development, design, and development of her brand’s landing page and website. Next, we developed her social media content strategies and visual branding for all social channels. Ongoing content development for social media profiles, infographics, ebooks, blog articles, and web maintenance allows the growth strategies to be continually implemented.
